Buddy Was Exposed Again

I’ve considered this long and hard. There could even be smoke coming out of my ears. I should have followed through with the sciences, but I’ll do my best with logic.
Here’s the timeline of events:
Buddy’s eye was scratched by a cat on September 30th;
Went to vet for eye on Oct 1st, scratch found in 6 o’clock [...]
