Health Update

Buddy says, 'Hey, I'm doing great! Got my ears cleaned and nails clipped this morning. It wasn't too bad, mom is pretty gentle. Then she fed me my sardines, liver & catfish with finely chopped asparagus. And then she made my cookies. I tried one, it was great! It had peanut butter, blueberries & vegetable fish broth with a touch of garlic. Mmmmm! Thanks mom! Love you.' September 21st, 2009

Buddy’s Life

My Buddy BoyBuddy is my baby. He is a 10.5 year-old Boston Terrier who loves life - playing, sleeping, & eating are some of his most favourite things to do. In May 2008, he was diagnosed with a rare form of lymphoma called cutaneous T-cell lymphoma or CTCL. He is being cared for naturally under the guidance of Dr. Sharon Kopinak, an alternative veterinarian located in Rockwood, ON, Canada.

As of September 21st, 2009, Buddy is doing amazingly well. A lot fewer problems with pesticides this year because of the provincial ban. Thank you!!!  However, the neighbour in the condo next door sprayed Round Up around his part of the yard a few weeks back. I tried to keep Buddy away & inside as best I could. One week later he was vomiting, had diarrhea & decreased appetite. It lasted for about a week. So, people still use it, right in my own backyard.

I’ve had to stop allowing comments to be posted to this blog because of all the spam. It was getting ridiculous. If you’d like to contact me about this site, please email joanne at wearingstones dot com. Thanks for visiting Buddy. He’s the best!
